Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

Store Credit:
Returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or an online account balance. No refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your store credit will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer an exchange or store credit at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange the exchange.
